​I work as an Assistant Programmer at Palli Daridro Bimochon Foundation (PDBF), focusing on both 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 and 𝗰𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆.

• I write, test and debug applications based on requirements, making sure the code is 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 and 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲.
• I manage the payroll management system using 𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 and toad toolset, where I ensure 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆 and 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
• I provide 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 to employees to help them stay safe from 𝗰𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀 and to keep systems running smoothly.
• I take care of the d-nothi system, helping the office move towards a paperless, more efficient and 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄.
• I manage and 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗯 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗹 (www.pdbf.gov.bd) - publishing notices and reports, updating service sections, creating new branches and onboarding colleagues. I also monitor the portal to keep it accurate, available and protected against 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸𝘀.
• I also manage and control a face recognition based 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺, which tracks attendance and generates daily/monthly reports for individuals and departments.
• 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 is a big part of my work. I regularly communicate with teammates, other departments and branch offices to make sure everything runs 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘆 and 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆.
